Before installing the app you need to enable the integration in your Flexfone account. And for making outgoing calls from Zendesk you need an API key.
- Log in to your Flexfone "Kundelogin" and click "Redigér løsningen"
- Navigate to "Integration" and then "Medarbejder integration"
- Click "Indstillinger for medarbejder integration"
- For "HTTP Metode" choose "POST"
- Copy and paste this link for our web service into the four text fields:
- https://europe-west1-flexfone-18df4.cloudfunctions.net/webservice
- Click "Gem" and then click "OPDATER SYSTEM" in the top right corner
- Notice your "PBX id" in the top left corner
To get the API key for outgoing calls follow these steps:
- Click on “API” just below "Medarbejder integration"
- Click “Generer Ny Nøgle”
- Copy the private key and click "OPDATER SYSTEM" in the top right corner
Now you are ready to click "Free trial" to install this app.
- In the app installation settings: Fill in your "Flexfone PBX id"
- Paste the API key
- Decide whether or not to limit access for this app for specific roles and groups
- Finally click on the Install button and enjoy the benefits of integrating Flexfone calls with Zendesk Support!
