Before installing the app you need to enable the integration in your MobiKOM account.
- Log in to your MobiKOM “Kundelogin” and click “Redigér løsningen”
- Navigate to “Integration” and then “Medarbejder integration”
- Click “Indstillinger for medarbejder integration”
- For “HTTP Metode” choose “POST”
- Copy and paste this link for our web service into the four text fields:
- https://europe-west1-mobikom-proventic.cloudfunctions.net/handleCalls
- Click “Gem” and then click “OPDATER SYSTEM” in the top right corner
- Notice your “PBX id” in the top left corner. You need it for the next step
Now you are ready to click “Free trial” in Zendesk Marketplace to install this app.
- In the app installation settings: Fill in your “MobiKOM PBX id”
- Decide whether or not to limit access for this app for specific roles and groups
- Finally click on the Install button and enjoy the benefits of integrating MobiKOM calls with Zendesk Support!
