Promoted articles

Bloom displays 4 sections with promoted articles in them on the homepage.

Icons

Go to your Zendesk Guide and locate the Bloom theme, and click “customize”.
Find the setting category “Homepage most popular article icons” and unfold it.

Upload the icons you want to display and the result will be:

Once your customer is looking at your Guide on a phone, it will be displayed as a carousel that automatically rolls between the four sections.
